Are there any important rules for using Surrey to Suite?

Yes, please note these important rules: book early as we stop taking bookings 7 days before end of term.

 

How many trunks can I book?
You can book as many trunks as you need. Each trunk requires a separate booking.

What can't I pack

Any open containers

Toiletries 

Liquids

Any thing prohibited in school

Batteries and electronics 

Watches, jewellery or other valuables 

Pens or ink cartridges 

Food items 

When does booking open and close?
Booking opens at the start of term. It closes 7 days before half-term. No late bookings are accepted.

How do I know my trunk is secure?

We will provide a numbered security tag or void tape as appropriate.

All belongings are stored in 24/7 cctv monitored secure facility.

How does laundry work?

Up to 15 items of day to day clothing washed, dried and stored fresh for the new term. 

Where are my child's belongings stored?

In a secure, climate-controlled storage facility.

Who has access to the trunks?
Only Surrey to Suite staff. All trunks are locked, and we complete an inventory list at drop-off and collection.

Are there maximum liability limits?

Yes but they vary on items stored and will be contained within your booking confirmation.
