How it works
Surrey to Suite offers secure half-term storage, but with a touch of luxury. Here’s a brief overview of our straightforward process, designed to give you peace of mind.
1. Book your storage
About four weeks before half term, we send out an email. Simply book online, pay upfront, and select your preferred drop-off and collection dates. Spaces are limited to 40 trunks to ensure optimal climate control.
2. School drop-off day
On drop-off day, you or your child brings the trunk and kit to a designated communal area. We check the contents, create an inventory, and box any items requiring special care. We'll also process any garment care, sports care, or laundry services you've added.
3. Secure storage
All items are stored in our climate-controlled facility for two weeks, complete with moth protection and moisture packs. We only store garments and sports equipment – no batteries, jewellery, or other prohibited items.
